Who IS Murry Thurman?
The Beginning:
Hey, my name’s Murry Thurman A.K.A “The Passive Income Genius®” and I came from very humble beginnings… Just an ordinary everyday guy with an Above Average MINDSET!
I’ve been an entrepreneur for my entire adult life. Heck, even in my teenage years I stayed up late with my eyeballs glued to the TV so I could watch all the late night “money making” Infomercial Gurus. You know.. Guys like Carlton Sheets, Don Lapre, Russ Whitney, John Beck and on and on. By the time I was 17 I had literally bought every real estate and money making course known to man. You name it. I’ve bought and tried it!
I was a bit of an outcast in high school and wasn’t one of the “cool” kids. I didn’t party much or hang out. I’d much rather bury my head in a good book on creating passive income! Come to think of it, I guess I was a bit of a nerd!… A CASH FLOW NERD! I was obsessed with becoming an entrepreneur and inspiring others to go after their dreams…
1992 – My College Years:
Being fascinated with business and real estate I took a major in business finance but I was an “outside the box thinker” with a “Millionaire Mindset” and soon found out that I couldn’t stand the idea of sittin’ in a class room listening to some uptight “play by the rules” professor making all of 50K per year thinking he could teach me how to become a millionaire (Yeah right!). So I dropped out of college to pursue being an entrepreneur…
“My professors and college mates all thought I was nuts for dropping out and laughed at me. They said I’d never make it… They told me I should “Get my head out of the clouds!”. Heck even my own mother thought I was crazy!”
1995 – My 1st Business:
After dropping out of college I started a real estate business. I had all the passion in the world but with little “real world” experience I got into several bad deals. I lost thousands of dollars just trying to learn the business.
At one point I was so broke I actually had to “hock” a gold chain that was a gift given to me by my girlfriend at the time, just to pay for the appraisal costs for a rental unit I was trying to purchase! She still won’t speak to me to this day because of that! I eventually ended up flat broke. I literally lost everything and had to move into my mothers house just to keep a roof over my head. Of course my old college professors and ex classmates all rubbed it in, laughed and said “I told you so”…
1998 – Flat Broke Factory Worker:
Now that I had blown all my money on a failed business venture. I had to take a job at a factory. I stood on an assembly line making auto parts. I was completely miserable and absolutely hated my life! I was surrounded by co-workers and so called “friends” that kept telling me not to Dream so big… Not to get my hopes up (rolling my eyes) too much and that I should be happy with what I have. They told me that I’d never make it really big and that I was just a crazy “dreamer”. But….
And I sure as hell wasn’t gonna’ end up working at some dead end factory job that I hated! So I scraped up enough money to pay for tuition for a trade school so I could get my contractor’s license. But there was one BIG problem…. I lived in Illinois and the contractor school was over 900 miles away in Houston Texas and after paying for tuition I had exactly $175 Bucks left to my name! And…
That would barely cover the cost of gas to make it to Texas!…. Where would I live? How in the hell was I gonna even feed myself?
Texas Or Bust!:
At this point I had two choices… 
Either get a refund for my tuition and go back to my dead end factory job. Or pray that $175 in gas would get me to Texas and figure out where I was going to live and how I was gonna’ eat when I got there! Well…
I took everything I had (which wasn’t much) and piled it into my old beat up 1975 Chevy convertible, grabbed my $175 Bucks and headed for Texas, literally as the saying goes… “On a wing and a prayer”!
Luckily I found a classmate that needed a roommate. I had to work a lousy day labor job cleaning the trash out of the bottom of ship hulls (this really sucked). Going to school for 6 hours during the day and working in the ship yards for 14 hours at night there were times where I was completely exhausted and almost gave up to go back home.
Again I Refused To Quit… I Refused To Be Beaten… I Refused To Let My Dreams Die…
My “never give up attitude” and hard work eventually paid off and I finally got my contractor’s license after pushing myself to the limit and nearly over the edge!

2000 – “The Pay Off” My 2nd Business:
Ahhh… Sweet Success! After years of failing and listening to people (I like to call them “SHEEPLE”!) who had quit and given up on their dreams telling me that I couldn’t do it, I finally had a major financial break through!
Launching my own contractor business I was now clearing almost 200K per year. I took that extra cash flow and begin researching ways to invest it….
I’ve gotta’ admit I became obsessed with creating Passive Income! I went to every investment seminar known to man! I literally spent countless hours studying every wealth creation book, course and audio cd that I could get my hands on.
I completely ate, slept, breathed and lived CASH FLOW! I was absolutely CRAZY about it! I wanted to do nothing but study how wealthy people made their fortunes, how they moved, how they worked, how they made decisions. I wanted to find out exactly why some people get extremely rich while most other people end up broke and stuck in life’s “Rat Race”…
After years of studying the RICH and spending over $70,000 attending seminars and learning all the Dirty Little Secrets of the Wealthy, the BIG SECRET to creating massive wealth became very clear to me…
2005 – The Secrets Of The Wealthy:
Discovering the Secrets of the Super Rich I quickly learned that MONEY IS A GAME that is controlled and dominated by the Rich because the masses simply don’t know the rules of the game and how to play it! Only 5% of the population controls 90% of the wealth and just about everyone else is BROKE! Most people spend their entire lives living paycheck to paycheck struggling with bills and working for someone else!

2007 – Created My Own Brand:
After using the Dirty Little Secrets Of The Wealthy I had learned to create a portfolio of Multiple Passive Income Streams for myself and was able to semi retire and have since devoted the rest of my life to teaching others the secrets to creating massive cash flow. Soon people began to call me the Passive Income Genius so I figured what the hell… I’ll go with it!
I trade marked the names Rich Wealthy Pig®, The Passive Income Genius® and created a Kick Ass brand behind it to get the message out to the world! The average person has no clue how to actually make MONEY! It has become my personal mission to slap people in the face and make them WAKE UP to the secrets of the rich and how to use the POWER of Leverage, Passive Income and Multiple Income Streams to create the kind of Cash Flow that will give them complete FINANCIAL FREEDOM!
2010 – And Beyond??:
I intend to help as many people as I can to create wealth in their lives and inspire everyone around me to go after their PASSIONS and shoot for their DREAMS! Teach people the Secrets Of The Wealthy and show’em how to get the hell outta’ the Rat Race!
I will be literally scouring the 4 corners of the earth to bring my subscribers the very best investments, business opportunities, passive income and wealth building programs and opening a foundation to teach underprivileged children entrepreneurship and while I’m at it….
I’m gonna buy my own private island off the coast of Belize!
