I’m gonna’ tick a lot of people off with this post because I’m going to EXPOSE all the lies, deceit and outright Bullsh@! that’s being used by internet marketing “Gurus” to sucker all the poor “newbies” and unsuspecting victims on the internet into buying into some lame, over hyped mlm or “secret ninja” marketing system that promises to deliver residual and passive income (but NEVER does) just so these same “Gurus” can keep sucking your pockets dry like a  “Hoover” vacuum gone crazy!

Ohh yeah.. It’s time to air out the dirty laundry baby!

Online Passive Residual Income… What It Is… And What It Isn’t

Before I tell ya’ the truth about how to create passive income online and expose all the scams and lies on the internet about it, first we have to DEFINE it…

So what exactly is Passive Income???

Straight from the dictionary….

Passive Income: Earnings an individual derives from a rental property, limited partnership or other enterprise in which he or she is not actively involved. As with non-passive income, passive income is usually taxable; however it is often treated differently by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

The keyword here is in the first sentence of the definition. “Earnings an individual derives from a rental property, limited partnership or other enterprise in which he or she is not ACTIVELY involved.”

Notice the phrase “Not ACTIVELY Involved”.

Hmm…

Not actively involved you say?? Then answer me this…

How come just about every MLM, Network Marketing, Social Media and Super Guru “Attraction Marketing” System on the internet is usually promoted as some kind of “holy grail” solution to creating Passive Residual Income?

When in actuality…

There is NOTHING passive about these business models! Even though the gurus and people promoting these types of programs would like you to think so! Hell, I don’t know about you but I’ve been in several network marketing type programs and I have to tell you…  THERE IS NOTHING PASSIVE ABOUT THEM!

MLM… Passive?? Network Marketing… Passive?? Recruiting and Sponsoring…Passive?? Social Media Marketing… Passive?? Attraction Marketing… Passive??

Yeah Right! Give me a break! (rolling my eyes and laughing)

Like I said, there is nothing passive and residual about these types of programs and quite frankly I’m getting ticked off and sick and tired of seeing them promoted in this way and I know YOU are too!

So allow me to set the record straight once and for all (pausing to clear my throat)…

MLM programs do NOT produce Real Passive Income!

Network Marketing does NOT produce Real Passive Income!

Social Media Marketing does NOT produce Real Passive Income!

Guru “Attraction Marketing” systems do NOT produce Real Passive Income!

Ahh… Man that felt really good to say. Lol

Now don’t get me wrong…

I’m not bashing any of these business models. I have nothing against them. Not at all… In fact, I LOVE them! Heck, I made a small FORTUNE with these types of programs. But I had to work my ass off to be successful with them and odds are if you have been successful with them then it’s because you worked your ass off too!

The Hard Dirty Facts:

It takes massive action & HARD work to build a Downline…

It takes massive action & HARD work to build a big Social Media following…

It takes massive action & HARD work to build an MLM business…

It takes massive action and HARD work to recruit, train and sponsor enough people into your organization to ever realize any real success…

Now if that’s what you think residual and passive income is then either some guru must have sold you on a bunch of hype and “hog” wash (no pun intended) or someone needs to tell “Websters” dictionary that they got the definition of “passive income” completely wrong! And If I had to guess…

I’d say more than likely you’ve been lied to (wink)

So are mlm, network marketing and recruiting based programs really profitable? Well… Yes! (but not for the average guy and I’ll explain that later so keep reading). Are they lucrative? Yes! But are they passive? Hell no! Not even close!

You see, the gurus and professional marketers online know exactly how to push your “emotional” buttons. They know exactly how to get you nodding your head and saying YES to buying their systems and courses while at the same time saying GOODBYE to your money!

Their EXPERTS at telling you exactly what you want to here and “How You To, Can Be A Super Guru” and “Internet Rockstar” just like them… LOL

They’ll have you completely convinced that all you gotta’ do is buy their super secret guru course and their magical “attraction marketing” sales system and you’ll be rolling in dough before you know it.

They can spot a sucker comin’ from a mile away!

They use behind your back, “Bait And Switch” tactics that prey on people’s greed and insatiable appetite for fast easy money. They bait people into buying their systems and joining their programs by advertising how EASY their system is to make a bucket full of money and how…

If you just join their program and by their “super secret” guru strategies “You’ll be able to quickly and easily create residual and passive income online”.

I’m sure you’ve seen these types of systems and ads posted all over the internet haven’t you? They usually go something like this…

“Powerful Secret Twitter Tool Turns Twitter Into A
Money Making Machine And Creates Multiple Streams Of
Passive Income Completely On Auto Pilot!”

Here’s one all the social media gurus use…

“Discover Our Easy Simple Formula To Generate 30-50
Free MLM Leads Per Day Using FaceBook And
Completely Automate Your MLM Business!”

Let’s not forget what all the “Attraction Marketing” promoters are selling…

“Explosive Attraction Marketing Formula Delivers Ready-To-Buy Prospects & Distributors To You, Virtually on Auto-Pilot.”

Man those ads above sure sound great don’t they? How many of you reading this right now actually got pulled in by ads like that? Cmon’ don’t be afraid to admit it… (wink)



The BIG problem in the industry:

The majority of people seeking to make money online get suckered into buying courses and joining programs based on believing the “hype” in ads just like those. You can’t really blame them either. People are “supposed” to get suckered in with ads like that. They’re written by professional marketers and gurus. That’s exactly what the ads are supposed to do!

That’s the “Bait”!

And once you flop down your cash on one of these “super money making systems” now the gurus and professional marketers have got ya’! You took the bait and now here comes the “switch”…

Okay… you took the bait and now you’ve handed over your cash, joined the guru’s program and got your hot little hands on your brand new “super ninja” marketing course and system. You’re all set to start building multiple income streams of residual and passive income.

You’re pumped up baby! Your excited and ready to kick some internet butt and make your millions right?

You jump on a few conference calls and listen to the “top income earners” and “internet rock stars” tell ya’ how much cash flow their pulling in and all you gotta’ do is follow what they show you and you’ll be rolling in dough too.

You get off the conference call and you’re even more pumped up than before! You know this going to work! I mean how hard can it be to follow the simple “secret” steps they showed you.


Then Reality hits…

A few months have gone by now… and you haven’t made a single dime! You’re finding it incredibly difficult to follow what the gurus and internet marketing “rockstars” are telling you to do. You can’t duplicate their results. Reality sets in… Now you’re saying to yourself…

“Oh my god this isn’t working”.

“I can’t duplicate their results”.

“I’m not a salesman”.

“I’ve spent so much money on this”

I betcha’ that if you’ve been following any of these so called gurus online you’ve probably given them thousands of dollars of your hard earned money buying every book, course and seminar that they shoved down your throat!

Let me ask you a personal question…

How is that  super guru “attraction marketing” sales system working out for you? You know… The same over “hyped”, over sold and completely saturated marketing system that everyone else and their “momma” is using. Yeah… That one!

So how much money have you made buying all the guru courses?? I’m listening… Wait, you don’t even have to answer that because I already know. Let me guess… You’ve made somewhere between “Jack” and “Squat”!  Now Am I right or am I right?

Shhh… Now don’t tell anyone but I’ll let you in on a little secret…

All the gurus selling you their “magical secret” courses on the latest and greatest twitter tool, google pay per click, facebook marketing this… and social media marketing that… ONLY make money if YOU fail!

Think about it…

The gurus know as long as you keep failing then they can keep selling you their courses! They actually make more money the more you fail. In fact…Their counting on it! I mean do you really think they will ever run out of courses to sell you??—————WAKE UP!

I mean seriously… How many times are you gonna’ let Mr. “Jack The Guru” sell you his magic “money making beans” before you realize that none of that crap actually works for the average Joe??

Now again don’t get me wrong… I’m not saying that all the guru courses and systems are bad. In fact there are some great courses and some great mentors out there that are giving great VALUE with their systems and courses.

And if you are going to be a successful internet marketer then that is valuable information to have. But at the same time you have to realize that the guru’s only job is to SELL YOU more and more courses!

Beware of the gurus…

If you’ve spent your last 7 pay checks on guru courses and systems and you still haven’t made a dime then guess what?….  Ya’ DON’T need another silly course! What you NEED is REAL Passive Income…
